I have a $550 withdraw since may 8 and on may 21 it was complete and all i hear now is in 24 hours will 24 hours never come's angry

I have the same issue.  My withdrawal of $560 has been processing since 05/29 and I contact them every week and seem to get the runaround.  I now have a $545 withdrawal waiting at CrazySlots.  We will see how that one goes.  Both are Rival.

Im waiting for a 235.00 cashout from winbig 21 since may 30th. I talk to a jax, henry on the phone when it works phones are down  more than r up. You get ur cashout 48 rs.  amonth ago 2 days ago i talked to a Bryan 1st time he actuall soundedshocked yhay i havent received it yet, got my hopes up, sam and paul  repeat the same  thing wait a few days, 48 hrs i woudnt be so pisse off but i deposited 25.00 and didnt get to pkay it so in my mind they are thieves and should be blacklisted or shutdown., debra

Nothing at all, crazyashell. I even sent him other member's usernames and no replies to those emails. I think he is at the point of ignoring me because of their cashout problems.

I just called and talked to Bryan he remembered me from last week, he said they are having wire transfer problems and would a bank draft be ok to my home address, i said yes he said its the weekend so shud get it by wed. now this guy is either really convincing and a good actor, but Bryan seems to be the one to talk 2.

crazyashell47 : We already sent her. (asking him if this is the new one he is referring to or the original cashout that never made it to your bank)

Yeah I said what the heck it was worth the try.  In my account at WinBig21 it shows that the transfer is completed, but it has not hit my account yet.  I will let you know if and when it does.  Thanks so much for your help.  Now I am just waiting on the transfer from CrazyLuck.  I think they are having the same problems, because this one has been pending since 6/22.

Still nothing from WinBig21 or CrazyLuck. I got an email from CrazySlot saying just wait a few more days, it has been sent to accounting just yesterday. They told me last week that it had been already sent to accounting. I love the Rival Slots, but I am just not going to risk my money with them any longer. It is so hard to win anything at the RTG casinos. Hope things improve for the US soon. Hope to see the money, but at this time it is just like my chances of winning the lottery lol.

I uninstalled both of them today! I don't want the heart aches you guys are facing!! Sad deal! And U are so right about those RTG's!!! So very tight! I used to see quite a few great screenshots on here....I always had quite a few...can't say that anymore! :sad: I had a heck of a time getting my withdrawal from Crazy Luck, but finally did see my $300.00! That was a few months ago! They had to do an international wire transfer!!! xxxxxx fingers and toes U eventually get your money!!

That's great, kcitat! $5 short? I think I could live with that. As far as dwatson and crazyashell are concerned ... the rep replied and said that dwaton's was sent by wire and I don't think crazyashell has received hers yet.

@dwatson - the rep is going to send me confirmation of your wire in a couple of days. I am praying that the information you sent the casino was exactly what you needed to actually receive it into your bank account. This is what crazyashell issue is. She did not send complete info the first time, they sent it and claim that she should have received it. We are fighting to get a "second" payment sent to her because the first never reached her after we sent her the complete set of wire instructions she received from her bank.

@crazyashell - All I can say is GRRRRRRR! I am at a loss now. I don't know what more to say to this guy to get the second one sent.

Yes I am not worried about the $5, but will not play there again. I would have been more forgiving if they would have just told me the truth to begin with instead of giving me the runaround. I see that CrazyLuck has reversed the withdrawal, so I should be getting those funds soon. Maybe crazyashell and dwatson should have their withdrawals reversed to card too. You know BigWin knows that she didn't receive that wire, the US bank would have bounced it back. Thanks for everything

The rep for WinBig21 has told me that they are not a sister casino to Crazy Luck. I have to believe that.

I'll second that YAY! Glad you got it all finally, kcitat.

As far as Loco Panda is concerned, I am helping a member with a cashout from there as we speak but I think it is a special circumstance issue and not a general payout issue. Meaning they pay, never have had a problem and this members issue is just a glitch. You should receive it no problem. I would expect installments from them though. I may be wrong but that's what I think.

To all players - WinBig21 does seem to have issues sending winnings out in a timely fashion but remember that you need to send all casinos correct wire information from the get go or else it can get delayed like it did with crazyashell.

well good news I finally got mine thanks to you guys here. I'm so glad I found this site we need places like this who can help us little people who have no pull dealing with these casinos. I've never had an experience like this before with a casino.

I have been fighting with them since about October 12 they say they can't open my documents does anyone know what format i should use i did jpg like they ask and it isn't working please help. user name is aprylcook the casino is winbig21 and i feel like they lying.

JPG does seem like the correct format to use when sending documents to them.
