Well Hi.   I am quite upset with you guys right now.  I belong to the No Deposit Casino Forum that is run by Belgamo and you guys never gave me my cashback that was due me from a deal that you had with him.  It was actually Nick with whom was to credit my acount and at one time he told one of our moderators that since it had taken awhile longer that he would give cashback of 400% of what was due me and even then he did not credit my account.  My username is katydid45.  This happened when you guys were RTG
 
I would love to get a solution to this.

I sent the above note to Sam last night after having received 30 or so  300% deposit bonus email from him over the last month.  I was tired of reading the BS so i sent him an email and after sending him messages from Nicholas to Mben and Mben to me and me to Mben it has been resolved.  LOL   We shall see.  I don't know how they are as a Rival casino as I never played there since the cashback deal.

And when I got home today I checked my mail and I had a note from Nicholas!!!

They have a very good support team and attitude towards theur clients, from what I see. This happens not so often.

Im sorry I didnt answer this post sooner, but I am easily confused, loland still not sure what it is that you are trying to let us know about.

Did you receive your free $140 chips?  Did you ever receive your cashback?

Sorry I am confused on what you are trying to say. The messages run to far over for me to be able to read everything you wrote.

In a nutshell, kkessler requested her weekly cashback when Bet Phoenix was still an RTG and going through their issues at the end.

She never received it even after I was pretty persistent in asking for it with multiple emails to Nicolas.

Months went by and kkessler finally sent her "unhappy" email to Nicolas the other day (posted above) and as soon as I was alerted to it, I verified everything that Nicolas needed to know.

Kkessler received (2) $140 chips for all the troubles.

Nicolas is a more than an awesome dude and he pulled through for kkessler (and me) even though it took a while and an email from kkessler.
