There probably isn't going to be any more info on them here other than what you read there because as you will read, Belgamo will not give them the time of day. lol

I think they pay, I'm pretty sure they do. But Belgamo's feelings about them goes beyond that so you won't get a true answer to your question from that thread. 

Maybe there are some 3 Dice players here who have gotten their winnings and can give you some insight.  I know there are some winning screenshots in the winning screenshot forum of 3 Dice hits. PM the member and ask how it went if they did cash out.
