Sorry you are having troubles now with spam emails. 

I myself have not had this happen to me, but after all my time doing this business, I have heard that it has happened to a good many people. 

I always use a certain email for casinos,  that way my private email is not affected.


Try to report all of it as spam, and perhaps your email filter will decline it after that.
