Help!My Cash Out At Bingo Hall.com was Declined! SETTLED - Belgamo
My cash out from Bingo Hall for $779.80 was declined because I don't have a land line phone. They already have copies of my credit cards,ID,and utility bill. I guess they want me to send copy of my cell phone bill but the problem with that is my sister who lives in another state pays my cell phone bill.My name is on the bill but it has my sister's address. We both have the same last name on the bill. I have emailed accounting@bingohall.com and asked them if that would work but they are busy doing payouts. I have had an account at Bingo Hall for about 6 years in good standing and never had a problem getting paid before. The land line rule is fairly new.I have no need for a land line and wondering if I'll ever get paid.I'm upset and frustrated! My phone number has already been verified. Please help!

Today they said they wanted all documents for all the other Winward Gaming sites they own.I have an accounts at Winward Casino and Vics Bingo.I spent the whole day sending and resending documents about 5 times at a place I've got to pay to do so because I don't have a copier, printer or fax machine. So far I've spent $20 doing this! In December of 2009 I made a $25 E-check deposit at Winward Casino. At the time I sent my E-check authorization form 3 times but they said they never got it so I gave up and apparantly the money never came out of my bank account.Today I sent it and they finally got it.It takes 10 business days for the E-check to clear my bank and one of their rules is that all accounts must be in good standing at sister sites to get a cash out approved. I just sent an email to accounting at Bingo to ask if they could take the money I owe them at Winward Casino out of my winnings at Bingo Hall. I need the cash out approved next Monday,(they only do cash outs once a week).I live on a fixed income and am disabled and don't have any money until next month unless I get this cash out! I angry, stressed, and frustrated!
Sorry, it sounds like such a mess! we do not promote any of their brands, so we have no contacts in place, I will however send an email to them letting them know about this thread.
Sorry to hear about the mess. It's nice to know as I will never deposit there. Just a friendly word of advice....NEVER expect your winnings from gambling. That way you won't be so frustrated when messes like this happen to you!
Belgamo kindly emailed me to let me know about this thread and to see if I can try and assist here.
My name is Malci I'm the affiliate manager at Revenue giants.com
we promote winward gaming sites, and although I deal with affiliates and media I always like to try assist players as well when I get the chance (usually they are happy and we get the issues solved.. hope this time will be the same)
If you can kindly send me your account ID at BingoHall I can speak to them and see what can be done to fast things up for you, it is a bit hard to assist over the info you provided as I am not sure what it means you owe winward casino money, I must say doesn't sound good and perhaps that is why they need all your documents for all the sites and that is why they are more "careful" before sending you money to avoid potential fraud, but I can get the details from them with your account ID.
Also, a cell phone bill (which most of us have) can also be provided if there is no land line phone.
You may email me directly at malci (at) revenuegiants.com or send me info here if you wish.
All the Best, Malci

As stated by player below. Please be aware a wagering requirement was needed to be met as a bonus was taken on the deposit and unfortunately was not cleared as the amount in dispute was put back into play and lost trying to meet it.
Hi Bel,I was told by support I had to make $39000 worth of wagers because of the bonus I took.I lost all of my money trying to wager it.I will not deposit at Bingo Hall again and will close my account there. Holly

Wow, I used to play at bingo hall a couple years ago, the wagering requirements were either 2x or 3x you're deposit with playing bingo only. This is the place where I won my very first jackpot. I withdrew my winnings and never had an issue. I really hate to see if they changed their wagering requirements, not fair. :(
Not sure, but some place ACCRUE all bonus wagering requirements until met, so if you made like 50 deposits all with bonuses and never managed to fulfill it, it can be a very large number one day. I will look into their set up and see if that was the case.
I got a 400% bonus for Fridays.Apparently there was a special wagering requirement on this special bonuswas you had to wager bonus of 40x on bingo and 130X on slots.Their usual requirement is that you wager your deposit 3x on any game or lose 95% of you deposit. They never mentioned it after all my time and trouble and expense. I've had it with Bingo Hall and urge everyone never to deposit there!
Look at it this way. It was a gimmick they snuck by you this time. I am sorry this happened Holly, but what it comes down to is reading the fine print-ALWAYS. There are likely still satisfied customers, and I don't think you were hand-picked to get screwed. That was the bonus you chose and there admittedly was some sneaky print on it. Remember the old adage when using the www: If it sounds too good to be true it is. I wish the best and to tell you the truth I hardly ever invest real money, because what am I gonna do if they don't pay? Fly around to the other side of the blooming world? I want you to know a lot of us care, see you laterjheckrocks
