I played one of Pantasia's welcome no deposit bonuses in mid April and somehow managed to complete the playthrough. It was a $75 maximum cashout, so I contacted Live Help to make sure I had the cashout procedure correctly -good faith deposit of $25, fill out and submit the papers to accounting and patiently wait for the funds to go into my eWalletXpress account.
I made the deposit and e-mailed the papers April 19 - my withdrawal is now "processing"
Received an e-mail on April 24 saying that my documents had been accepted and that I would receive the cashout "shortly"
When my status was still "processing" last Thursday April 29, I was assured by Live Help that the funds were going to be released tomorrow (Friday 4/30) or worst case Monday 5/3
Here it is Monday - and still no cashout, so i contacted Live Help again about an hour ago. Here's the transcript:

Any suggestions? IMO, 2-5 days is too long - now they are talking about 3 weeks.
I know that everyone is frustrated lately about the time it is taking with receiving their cashouts.
We have to remember that when Master Card pulled out of being a deposit option for online casinos, there were processors that pulled out right from under the casinos also. The casinos were scrambling to find new processors. There may still be hiccups with some of the casinos cashout process due to this.
I am not saying that 3 weeks is acceptable to wait for your winnings. All I am saying is that they may have problems right now and are hopefully working on correcting them.

rivals take forever with cashouts even when it is going to ewallet i waited 2 weeks from them and when i finally ask it was there that night and this was before the pull out of mastercard
I have received cashouts from Sloto'Cash Casino in just under 3 hours in my QT account.
Vegas Regal had a problem a few weeks ago (after the MC drama) where cashouts were taking weeks and within the last few weeks they have been paying out within 12 hours.

my problem to receive was not the time was the dialog, i contact the live support : i ask the 1st time, they give me a date (5 business days) in that date it wasnt i ask the 2nd time they "we are sorry its taking a bit more time" and give me another date (one more day) and again, the money it wasnt i askt the 3rd time they say another date (end of the week) and i ask by a correct date because the 2 times i asked before to the live support, they told me one date and it wasnt available, and the live support didnt tell me i write an e-mail to support@vegassky...... and they answer Please be informed that you should receive the cashout later on this week or early in the next week.

not that long ago i withdrawal from VR and it took almost 3 weeks and than i withdrawal again VR and it only took 2 days
A while back i had a cash out from Vegas Regal where they requested my docs again even though i was verified and had cashed out several times already and the whole thing took over 3 weeks - i was so mad! BUT the next cash out after that only took 6 hours.
Though i have never cashed out at Pantasia Casino- but maybe they are dealing with the same thing that Vegas Regal was and hopefully they get it straightened out at Pantasia as well.
