I recieved an email concerning my withdrawl at ruby oyal casino.I faxed all the docs i even funded my account with the same withdrawl mehod i withdrew from .Please keep in mind folks this is posted here because of the email i recieved with problems cashing out not because they are a bad casino.The support is good and i really likhe. This might change i will try to wthdraw again i already sent an email back i will let you know hw it goes.I just wish the same wa its quick and smooh to fund your account is the same way its quick and smooth to withdraw

update:got in touch with quick tender they verified the 10 digit account number i provided to ruby royal was correct.I took my time and entered it again.I will keep you updated thankyou
RUBY ROYAL ROCKS situation was cleared up nicly my money is now in my qt for me to enjoy.YOU WERE RIGHT GIVE I DIDNT GET AN EMAIL THAT IT WAS THERE.Im thinking i entered my qt wrong.Guys when your cashing out be sure to enter correctly i know its sooooooo hard when your excited but it will delay your withdraw .Happy winnings .
