this evening or morning. 1220am.. i decided to come play here which i dont that often. but i just got paid.. great direct deposit. so i used a coupon and went to deposit 20 my son came in to talk to me and i yet deposit.. i got my reciept and glanced. i did not deposit 20 i deposited

200.00 two hundrend dollars!!!!!

i freaked out big time........ i did  not have the money need to pay bills..... i did not know what to do so i went to chat and was shaking soo bad. i opened four of them. ricardo helped me. he said he would see if he could fix and and do nothing... so i did nothing waited and waited. he was not able to fix it himself. he said he would get to his manager and take care of it.

i still was real worried. he reassured me it will be fixed. i finished talking on chat and then my phone rang and it was him. he got the finance dept to reverse the whole deposit for me and told me to wait 30 mins to be safe and then i can deposit my 20 again..

i really thought they would say soo sorry so sad. but they didnt and fixed it sooo fast..

i say thumbs up to ricardo and grande vegas... i will play more often there

i now. i am soo proud of the service and kindness in this matter.

i was soo worried as my hubby would have killed me.... since i dont have the money to play that much at one hand....
