Hi guys, I went and played at this casino today, In a tournament, I could not get live help at all, To try to redeem the 20 dollar bonus, I got into 84th position in the tournament, Went to make a cup of coffee, hen i returned to the computer, My account had been locked, And this was the letter I was emailed,

I suspect your IP was already logged by the casino from another account. I have never heard of this at all at GC or OV.

Anyone no why when i click on the link it says does not accept Kentucky Residents? but here is the kicker I dont live in Kentucky I live in Central Indiana. The only think I can think of is that possibly the Internet Provider is located in Kentucky cause I can not even get to the download section it automatically sends me the not accepting Kentuck Residents any feedback on this would be helpful I am already restricted to just the RTG and Vegas Technology casinos as it is and this will make it even worse if all Vegas Technology goes to not accepting Kentuck(Indiana) residents.

gary, according to your IP address, your host server is coming out of Rochester, NY. however, if i'm not mistaken, any state which borders Kentucky was included in the ban that Kentucky's governor put in place a few months ago. sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

Thanks for the info ohhbehave, its just weird cause I can deposit at online vegas which is vegas technology also and now when I goto look at their promotions it tell me the same thing Kentucky residents not allowed but call support and they give them to me over the phone and can still deposit oh well at least I still have one for now anyways lets cross some fingers and hope they dont ban onlinvegas too.
