isolated cases, but she's waiting for a confirmation from our technical
staff and customer support supervisor, as the emails you provided are the
correct ones. I should have more feedback about this issue later today.

As per the message that your Ohio players get, we use IP addresses in order
to block access to the cashier page, but Ohio is not on the blocked list.
It's possible that some of these players live near Kentucky border or for
whatever reasons their Internet providers label their IPs as being in
Kentucky. In any case, they should contact their Internet providers and ask
if it's possible to re-rout their IP addresses to Ohio.

Here's an update about the email issue................not much of an update but at least we are in contact with someone!

I am wondering what type of service you are using to get on the internet. I use a broadband wireless service that I got for my laptop but use it on my desktop also.

My IP address comes out of San Diego, CA and I live in Arizona.

mben, when i try to download it says do you wish to run the program, i say yes and then nothing happens. even with firewall on or off, then it states possible security risk, neverh ad this happen. all other casinos work and im surprised since its a vegas technology

Find the Crazy Slots folder on your hard drive and delete it if it's there.

Go back and choose to download the casino again from the website and choose SAVE. Save it to your desktop. Then try the install from that saved download. Let's see if you can just get the download saved to your PC. Then we can deal with the install after that.

Make sure you close all other apps before running the install.

See if those steps help and if not we'll try some more stuff.
